A farm of just over one hectare of irrigated land with a small house in El Morell. The house has one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining room with a fireplace, in very good condition. The farm is entitled to 2.5 hours of water per week from the Majols mine and three shares from the Riudecanyes reservoir. It has two reservoirs with a capacity of almost 1,000,000 liters.
